BYPASS • Motorized bypass

  • Bypass damper

A BYPASS is a distributor with 3 ducts and 2 positions with an electric controller. The action on the reversing switch allows to switch from one duct to another.

Application

  • Creates a bypass in ventilation and airconditioning system

Composition

  • Body in galvanized steel with a thickness of 0,75mm with 3 branches
  • Mobile valve in sheet plate (1) with foam for sealing
  • Electric engine (2) and 2 limit switches (3)
  • Reversing switch (4) + connection cable (included)

Mounting

  • The bypass comes with cable. Connection 230 V + T
  • Provide a phase circuit breaker + neutral 1 A for safety
  • Before all interventions on the bypass, shut down the power on the electrical switch-board
  • Ducts are connetected to branches, fixation by putty, scotch or clamps
  • The bypass should remain accessible for maintenance operations
  • The bypass 200 must be positioned flat (with actuator on top or underneath) for proper operation
