SD • Spiral ducts

Circular spiral ducts with standard length of 3 m, made out of galvanized steel sheet of "Sendzimir" quality, with flat folded joint to obtain rigidity and airthightness. The airthightness class is up to class C according EN 12237. The airthightness class is also determined by the mounting on the construction site.

• Ducts type SD are used for air supply and exhaust in ventilation and air conditioning systems

• Galvanized steel

• Minimum pressure of -750 Pa to obtain class C
• Maximum pressure of 2000 Pa to obtain class C
• Max temp. of 70°C
• Galvanized steel Z275 with double zinc layer of 275 g/m² according EN10.142 und EN 10.143
• Zinc Layer with average thickness of 20µ
• Caution! Due to the fact that spiral ducts are manufactured in different badges, colour difference can occur

• Suspension brackets, type OBMC (with rubber sealing)
• Connection pieces with rubber sealing, type MGM
• Aluminium tape, type ALUTAPE 40, ALUTAPE 40S PREMIUM or cold shrinking tape, type PSB, type ASP

• The ducts for the air conditioning system are made of galvanized steel. The thickness of the ducts depend on the diameter.
• The connections between two ducts is made with a male connection piece type MGM with rubber. All accessories for the ducts are male
