ISOSLEEVE 50 • Insulation of 50 mm for spiral ducts

The ISOSLEEVE 50 is a thermally insulating sleeve of 50 mm for circular or on oval ducts.

• The ISOSLEEVE 50 insulation is used in ventilation, air conditioning, and air handling systems where high temperature resistance, and high thermal insulating qualities are required
  
• More particular developped for domestic applications
  

• Fibreglass insulation:
• Density: 16 kg/m³
• Thickness: 50 mm upon request
• Thermal conductivity: 0,040 W/m-K according to ASTM C-177
• Colour: pink (for diameter 127, 165 and 203) or yellow (other diameters)
• 1 layer aluminium / 2 layers of polyester seamless outer jacket, total thickness: 31 μ
• Polyester barrier inside to simplify the mounting around air ducts
• Colour: Aluminium

• Temperature range: From - 30°C till + 140°C
• Thermal conductivity λ = 0.039 W / m K, thermal resistance R = 1.3 m²K/W
• As the product does not contain PVC, no toxic vapours are released should fire occur

• Each 10 m length is rolled up

• Good resistance to many organic solvents
• Moderate resistance to acid and base

• The ISOSLEEVE 50 is suitable for applications where static discharges have to be avoided

• The ventilation ducts shall be insulated on the outside with a reinforced sleeve with glass fibre insulation
