ACF-25-FF • Acoustic flexible connector

The ACF-25-FF is a thermally and acoustically insulated duct equipped with a female galvanized duct connector on both ends.

• The ACF-25-FF flexible ducts are used in ventilation, air conditioning, and air handling systems where high mechanical strength, temperature, fire-resistance, and thermal and sound attenuating qualities are required

• Micro-perforated heavy multiple layered corrugated innerduct
• aluminium/polyester outer jacket
• Glass wool insulation of thickness 25 mm
• Colour: Aluminium
• Female duct connection on both sides of the flexible duct

• Temperature range: from -30°C till +140°C
• Air velocity (max): 20 m/s
• Operating over pressure (max): + 2000 Pa
• Diameter range: 82 mm - 254 mm
• Fire classification: Inner duct according to EN 13501-1 classified as A1, Outer duct according to EN 13501-1 classified B - s1, d0

• Good resistance to many organic solvents
• Moderate resistance to acid and base
• Not be be used for discharge of combustion gases from open fire places or oil-fired boilers

• The ACF-25-FF is suitable for applications where static discharges have to be avoided

• As the ACF-25-FF has 2 female connections, a male connection can easily be obtained by adding a male duct connection MGM to one or both sides
