Customized insulation for galva bends consisting of ERI elastomeric synthetic foam with closed cell structure.
Application
ERI-BD(S)G are custom cut and glued insulation sleeves for easy and quick insulation of galva bends in 45° and 90°. ERI synthetic rubber insulation is suitable for preventing condensation and reducing heat losses. The ERI-BD(S)G sleeves should be used in combination with the BDG and BDSG bends in galvanized steel.

Text for tender
The thermal and acoustic insulation of the ducts is achieved with insulation in synthetic rubber with a closed cell structure. ERI-BD(S)G are custom-cut and glued insulation sleeves for easy and quick insulation of galva bends in 45° and 90°.
ERI (Aerofoam NBR) flexible insulation material is an elastomeric plastic foam, whose closed cell structure offers high thermal efficiency. It prevents condensation and also has favorable acoustic properties. ERI (Aerofoam NBR) is self-extinguishing, not flame-conductive and does not drip. The mechanically strong foam structure and stability reduces the risk of damage and thus prevents costly repair work. The antimicrobial composition in combination with the smooth skin ensures a dust and fiber free and easy to clean insulation system. This makes ERI (Aerofoam NBR) particularly suitable for use in industrial, commercial and utility buildings. The seam must be finished with ERI TAPE. For protection against UV radiation, ERI should be painted or covered with UV-resistant protection within three days of application when used outdoors.
Benefits and features:
Guaranteed and optimal thermal properties
Vapor tight and suitable for cold insulation
High flexibility
Extremely strong
Excellent workability
Fire resistance: B,s3,d0 EN13501-1 (self-extinguishing, not dripping, not flame-conductive)
Thermal conductivity: 0,035 W/mK at 0°C
CAIROX type ERI - Insulation on a roll
CAIROX type ERI-BD(S)G - Preformed insulation for bends
