HRC70 40 and HRC70 80 air/water heat pumps in cascade are suitable for high water temperatures. The monoblock unit is filled with the natural refrigerant propane (R290) and easily reaches water temperatures up to 70°C. The devices guarantee proper operation at outside tempartures down to -20°C.
The HRC70 40 and HRC70 80 are a heating only unit that use 2 scroll compressors of the same capacity and with a soft starter as standard. This ensures 2 power stages and low power consumption. Due to the specific construction, the device will switch to defrost mode less and the defrost cycle will be completed as efficiently as possible.
The unit maintains its high COP values even at negative outside temperatures. Possibility to cascade 3 HRC70 40units with a total power of 120kW or 2 HRC70 80 units with a total power of 160kW.

Composition
Outdoor: Two or three monoblock heat pumps HRC70 40 or HRC70 80 for cascade installation.
Included with each outdoor unit:
10 m long bus cable for communication between the HRC70 and the Pilote Z2 (3 core and already connected to each HRC70) (do not place in parallel with power
cable).
Flexible pipes (Durite) of 5 m long and rigid insulated pipe to
indoor module (diameter according to distance between the two, see table at the
bottom of this page).
Filter 1"1/4 for placement on the hydraulic return duct.
Primary pumps are installed in the heat pumps.
2,5 bar pressure relief valve mounted in the heat pumps.

Buffertank/hydraulic decoupling bottle 200L with air vent, release valve and safety valve
4 x 2"1/2 flanges and 4 x 1"1/2" sleeves
Flow and return collector to put the heat pumps in cascade
