Application
- Dividing the refrigerant flow to the indoor units
- UTR-H = JII-S/JII/JIII/VII/VIII
Features
- The header obtains an liquid and gas header.
- Minimum 3 indoor units are required to be brazed on one header kit.
- Supplied with insulation and required to use the insulation after brazing the pipes.
- Vertikal mounting position of the header is forbidden.
- Install the header so that it branches horizontally.
- Max.+10° or -10° as installation angle in horizontal mounting position on short side.
- Max.1° as installation angle in horizontal mounting position on long side opposed to the brazing point.
- Connection with several T-tubes are forbidden because it causes a uneven refrigerant flow
- Welding under dry nytrogen is required, if not used, it will be caused to damage for compressor and clog the strainer and electronic expansion valve.
- Separation after header is not allowed.
- Please consult installer for more information if required.
- The selection of the wright header depends on the total model code connected.
- Select the separation tube in case of total model code exceed 181.
