ROMEO is the perfect combination of innovation and design. The technological choices made ensure maximum comfort, a compact device and whisper-quiet operation. The limited thickness of only 127 mm, combined with a minimalist design, guarantees seamless integration of this fancoil unit into any project. The ROMEO is extremely energy efficient, which means it can be combined with high-quality appliances, such as heat pumps, condensing boilers and integrated systems with solar collectors. The ROMEO is equipped with an EC motor with whisper-quiet operation and intelligent airflow control. This ensures high comfort at any ventilation speed.

Characteristics

  • Design fancoil unit with very compact dimensions and whisper-quiet operationquiet
  • Model M-NC for use with the Ventilclima wall thermostats i-Basic 3, i-Digit 3, i-30 or i-70 (thermostat available as an option).
  • Model M-RC equipped with Modbus, Bacnet (converter not included) or KNX (converter not included) with built-in temperature sensor. Control only possible via 1 of these 3 BMS.
  • Model M-RC-TD equipped with Modbus, Bacnet (converter not included) or KNX (converter not included) with built-in touch control on the device.
  • Model M-RC-TD-App with Modbus, Bacnet (converter not included), KNX (converter not included), Wifi, Bluetooth kit, smartphone control with app and built-in touch control on the device.

Composition

  • Frame made of 1 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel (according to the Z200 process), appropriately shaped to ensure structural construction rigidity. The internal parts that come into contact with the water are insulated with closed cell insulation based on polyolefin.
  • Condensate tray made of hot-dip galvanized and painted steel, insulated with an EPS profile, directly connected to the standard mounted auxiliary condensate tray equipped with an external Ø16 mm drain.
  • Modern decorative casing made of hot-dip galvanized steel, powder coated in matt white RAL 9016 (other optional colours on request). The upper discharge grille is made of anodized extruded aluminium, and is reversible to change the direction airflow. The front part of the casing is provided with an airflow stabilizer, which reduces the noise generated by the tangential fan.
  • Air intake at the bottom and front, air supply at the top.
  • Cleanable filter set, with galvanized steel frame and polypropylene filter cloth, placed in fixed guides that allow easy maintenance.
  • Low-noise discharge section with tangential fans, EC motor.
  • Copper tube battery with aluminium fins attached to the tubes by mechanical expansion of the copper tube in the opening of the aluminium fins. Brass manifolds with Ø 1/2" female gas connections and easily accessible manual air vents. Left or right hydraulic connections (looking at the unit from the front). The desired connection side must be specified when ordering. The coil is not suitable for use in corrosive environments.
  • This unit is only available in a 2-pipe cooling OR heating version.
  • Vertical installation, wall or floor mounting (with optional feet).
  • Optional mounting feet always have the same RAL colour as the unit itself.
  • Energy efficient operation made possible by the use of an advanced inverter motor that allows significant optimization of air flow rates combined with low energy consumption.
  • Low noise emissions through intelligent air flow control. The large surface area of the battery combined with the lowest possible ventilation speeds at any required power provide the user with optimal comfort.
  • Advanced control provided by the integrated touch-type operating system (only on TD units), equipped with Wifi and Bluetooth connection (only on RC-TD-App units) allowing the unit to be managed remotely via this app. Perfect integration with home automation and centralized management systems is always guaranteed, with Modbus (only on RC units), Bacnet or KNX communication protocols (only with RC units and self-provided protocol converter).
