S-COIL • Insulated copper tubes

Insulated soft copper tubes suitable for R410A, R32 and R407C.

White 9 mm 2-layer insulation, with hard outer side, UV-resistant.

Standards for copper pipe: EN 12735-1 and EN 1057
Standards for insulation: EN 13501-1

Application

  • For airco and heatpump split systems

Specifications

  • The insulated tubes are available on rolls of 20 meter or 30 meter
  • Thickness copper: 0,8 mm up to 1/2" ; 1mm for 5/8", 3/4" and 7/8"
  • Seamless phosphorized copper tube contains above 99.9% CU
  • Thermal conductivity of the insulation at 20 ° C: 0.039 W / m K
  • Water absorption volume insulation: 0.01g/100 cm²
  • Temperature range of insulation: -40 / +110°C
