Insulated refrigeration tubes in soft copper suitable for R410A, R32 and R407C


Application

  • For airco and heatpump applications

Specifications

  • The insulated tubes are available in rolls of 30 meters
  • Insulation: black 9mm insulation in 3 layers, with hard shell
  • UV resistant
  • Copper thickness:
    • 0.8mm to 1/2"
    • 1mm for 5/8"
  • Seamless phosphorized copper pipe with more than 99.9% CU
  • Thermal conductivity of the insulation at 20°C: 0.043 W/m K
  • Water absorption volume of the insulation: 0.01g/100 cm²
  • Temperature range of the insulation: -70/+120°C
  • Standards for the copper pipes: EN 12735-1 (R-220)
  • Insulation standards: EN 13501-1 (fire class BL - s1, d0)
  • Packed in a sturdy cardboard box
