The deaerator (Discal® 551706) is used to continuously remove the air contained in
the hydraulic circuits of heating and cooling systems. The air
discharge capacity of this device is very high. The device is capable
of automatically removing all the air in the system down to
microbubble level.
The circulation of fully deaerated water enables the systems to
operate under optimal conditions, free from any noise, corrosion,
local overheating or mechanical damage.
The deaerator can be used in heating and cooling systems.
The deaerator should always be installed in a vertical position, and preferably after the pump, where air bubbles develop more easily due to the high speed of the liquid and the resulting pressure drop.
The deaerator is adjustable for horizontal and vertical piping.
The
complete installation and commissioning instructions can be found in the manual
under “Downloads”.
