Expansion vessel (VR) for heating equipped with a bellows in EPDM, so that there is no contact between the system water and the steel vessel. The expansion vessel absorbs the pressure differences that occur due to expansion and contraction of the water in a closed system.

The expansion vessel should be mounted as close as possible to the source or heat pump on the return line. No shut-off valve should be mounted between the source or heat pump and the expansion vessel.
