The cleaner (C3 Cleaner 570911) dislodges sludge, scale deposits and dirt particles from hydraulic installations, after which the filter or dirt separator collects the dirt so that it can be eliminated. The cleaner can be applied to new and existing heating and cooling systems at high or low temperature. The cleaner is non-aggressive and therefore suitable for all materials used in hydraulic systems. In addition, the cleaner can be used with all types of propylene glycol.
It is strongly recommended to clean and protect the installation according to the VDI 2035 standard. This is an important guideline for the design, installation, filling, and maintenance of heating systems (<100°C) in buildings.
To remove sludge, scale, dirt particles and deposits from existing installations. For new installations, the cleaner enables commissioning to the required standards.
Notes
Flushing an existing or new installation: Close the ball
valves and drain the water from the dirt separator. Add CAB to the installation
using a dirt separator. To do this, proceed as follows: ! Switch off
the circulation pump! 1. Drain the
water from the dirt separator to remove any sediment. 2. Let the
water circulate according to the schedule in the ‘dosage’ section. For very
dirty installations, the cleaning time must even be extended to 1 week. 3. Drain the
dirt via the dirt separator until clean water is obtained. Dispose of the waste
water in accordance with the applicable regulations 4. Fill in the
label on the cap of the CAB and attach it to the heat pump. The complete
instructions can be found in the manual under “Downloads”.
