Functie
De regelaar geeft een puls waarmee de output van stroom AAN/UIT geschakeld wordt. De regelaar gebruikt tijds-proportionele regeling, de ratio tussen Aan-tijd en Uit-tijd varieert om zich aan te passen aan de overheersende vereiste van warmte (bv. AAN = 30s en UIT = 30s wat een output van stroom van 50% geeft).
