Self-regulating air valves with infrared sensor

• Wall or ceiling mounted self-adjusting air valves for air exhaust inside buildings. When presence is detected the valve will open towards a maximum volume and will temporary remain at this high volume during 30 minutes. When no presence is detected after 30 minutes the valve will close itself to a minimum air volume to reduce air and heat losses.
