This switching contact can perform one of the following functions when the dry contact is closed (only one function per switching contact):
- Presence detection (in toilets)
- Possibility to activate the ventilation system on a predefined position (0-100%)
- Coupling with heat pump
Application
- Possible functions:
- Presence detection: when the switching contact closes, the dry contact closes; when the light is on, the system switches on and the extraction will be activated at a preset contact value for a certain time
- Coupling with an external installation: the position of the installation is adjusted according to a predefined contact value when the contact is closed
- Alarm or cancellation: when the contact is closed, the alarm goes on and the coupled elements are set according to the contact value. for example 0% all closed
- Signal amplifier to cover wireless communication between the DucoBox and components to be controlled over long distances
Composition
Wireless communication with the DucoBox Silent Connect / Focus / Energy or another Duco network control component by RF protocol
- Connection voltage (VAC): 230 (RF)
- Operating conditions: 0 to 40°C, not water resistant
- Fixing means:
- Neutral cable (blue); phase (brown), dry contact (NO open, NC closed) via bipolar switch
Placement:
- In the bathroom, a room without specific measures or a room in which presence detection is necessary
- Installation behind a two-pole switch or any other wall switch; Attention: deep box required
- Installation behind a switch possible if used as a signal amplifier
