THORIX • Low and high water temperature regulation

Thorix EVOLUTION is used for the regulation and distribution of a 2nd temperature circuit in the installation. This regulation makes it possible to work with 2 different water temperatures for both floor heating at low water temperature and a high water temperature for, for example, fancoils or radiators. A correct adjustment is obtained in combination with the room thermostat. The module can be used with the Auer monoblock heat pumps that are suitable for this appliance.

The module is equipped with an electronically controlled 3-way mixing valve for the adjustment of the 2 temperature circuits of, for example, radiators and floor heating and this depending on the outside temperature (with outside sensor) and the room temperature (with or without thermostat or interactive room sensor). It is equipped with a motorized 2-way valve that allows the circulation of the water from the heat pump to circuit No. 1 - radiators or floor heating, depending on the room temperature.

Thorix EVOLUTION must be installed in an open area to allow cooling of its electronic components by means of natural ventilation. The ventilation openings on the bottom and top of the appliance must be free and open at all times. Do not install the device in a small space such as a closed cabinet. The maximum ambient temperature must not exceed 25°C. Allow a clearance of 50 mm on each side of the unit for easy removal of the casing.
