When several EVEREST 290 units are cascaded, the individual units must communicate with each other. For this purpose, a gateway panel must be used (a KGR5-Kp (PAE GPE) kit if the system consists of 2 to 5 units, or a KGR10-Kp (PAE GPE) kit if the system consists of 6 to 10 units) to which each unit must be connected via an RJ45 ETHERNET data cable. In addition to cascade communication, the KGR cards also offer the possibility of connecting the system to a Wi-Fi network.

Network card in a closed housing that allows monitoring and supervision of the main operating parameters by accessing the local Wi-Fi network. A customer's smartphone or tablet can be used as an interface. The closed housing with network card has to be mounted on the back of the front panel of the EVEREST units. The cables (power or data cables) for connecting the kit to the EVEREST unit (supplied in the kit) are not included.
