Triac controller for DIN-rail mounting for controlling single phase or two phase electric heating batteries, the controller is controlled by an external 0 - 10 V DC signal

  • Possible to connect 230 V single phase or 400 V 2 phase electric heaters
  • Maximal load: 3,6 kW (230V) or 6,4 kW (400V)
  • Input control signal: 0 -10 V DC
  • Manual mode possible 0 to 100% with TBI-100

  • DIN-rail

Technical data

  • Supply voltage : 230V AC or 400V AC, single or two phase. Automatic adaptation
  • Current : minimum 1 A - maximum 16 A
  • Pulse period : settable to 6s, 60s or 120s
  • LED indication on the side of the controller when the output is active

Function

  • The controller pulses the entire power output ON/OFF. The controller utilises time-proportional control, the ratio between On-time and Off-time is varied to fit the prevailling heating requirement (exemple ON = 30s and OFF = 30s gives 50 % output power).
